4. Your existing number can still be used for outgoing and incoming calls
5. We will then email you details of your new 08 number
6. You will be asked to make a test call using the 08 number 
7. The number can then be used in adverts, on your website or on business cards etc
8. You make NO payment for the number - free connection
9. You are NOT charged for the incoming calls – except for  0800 numbers
